京都貴船
料理旅館ひろ文
京都貴船にある料理旅館「ひろ文」の改修計画である。
貴船は夏の川床料理で有名なエリアであり、貴船神社を含む豊かな自然と文化が特徴である。改修計画では、貴船の風景や川のせせらぎ、山の素材といった豊かな自然を宿泊体験の中にとり入れることをコンセプトにしている。
もともと食事室であった古家を３つの宿泊室に全面的に改修する計画である。メインとなる客室と浴室は庭と一体的に計画し、川の音に耳を傾けつつ山の景色を眺めながら入浴できる空間とした。浴槽は３部屋ともそれぞれ異なる素材を使用し、山でとれる鞍馬石やヒノキでつくり、浴槽の脇には貴船川の川石で構成した坪庭を添えた。坪庭には竹の吐水口を設え、山水を引いてきて直接触れることができるようにしている。お湯で火照った身体を山水で冷まして癒されるといった、宿泊体験の中で山の力を感じ取れる場所となっている。
計画を進めていく途中で、旅館の倉庫に先代が保管していた欄間や大杉の板材を発見した。再生して飾り棚や寝室に配置することで、重ねてきた時間の味わいを取り入れている。貴船には変わらない風景がある。故郷に帰ってきたような心温まる建築を目指した。

This is a renovation plan for Hirobun, a culinary inn in Kifune, Kyoto.
Kifune is an area famous for summer Kawadoko cuisine, and is characterized by its rich nature and culture, including Kibune Shrine. The concept of the renovation plan is to incorporate Kibune's rich natural scenery, the murmuring of the river, and the materials of the mountains into the lodging experience.
The plan is to completely renovate the old house, which was originally a dining room, into three guest rooms. The main guest room and bathroom were planned to be integrated with the garden, creating a space where you can bathe while listening to the sound of the river and looking at the mountain scenery. The bathtubs in each of the three rooms are made from different materials, such as Kurama stone and cypress from the mountains, and a small garden made of river stones from the Kibune River is attached to the side of the bathtub. A bamboo spout has been installed in the inner garden to bring in the mountain water so that you can directly touch it. It is a place where you can feel the power of the mountains during your stay, where you can cool off your hot body with the mountain water and feel the power of the mountains.
During the planning process, they discovered transoms and large cedar planks that had been kept by their predecessors in the inn's warehouse. By recycling them and placing them in display cabinets and bedrooms, we incorporate the taste of time spent over time. Kibune has a landscape that never changes. The aim was to create a heartwarming architecture that would make people feel like they had come back to their hometown.
